I took the family there to start teaching them to play tennis. Generally speaking, the facility is well kept. Net on tennis court is broken, but it works well enough to teach beginners. Basketball court in good condition. Facility has pavillion for medium sized gatherings and large pond/small lake with plenty of bluegill for kids to fish. I'm not sure about cleanliness of restrooms. I honestly don't know, but the rest of the facility is clean. I try to avoid public bathrooms. If I ever go in there, I'll update this. Forest City has hosted events ar Kennedy Park in the past and this venue seems well suited. Play equipment is basic and well maintained.
