Pretty nice, especially for the price. Not the best grass, definitely playable, but its summer in AZ. A few tougher holes. A little thin in the fairways. Greens in good shape. Deep sand in the bunkers. Not a five star place, but its worth a trip.

The course is pretty fun to play. But tough to get a good warm up if you can't actually get any decent shots from the range. This is probably the worst driving range I have ever used. We were hitting off of 'grass' but there was no grass what so ever. The dirt that we were hitting off of had so many rocks in it, that it leaves pit marks in your clubs. If you have forged irons do not hit use this range. I wish they had mats to hit off of, would be easier and better than tearing up your clubs.

This is my neighborhood course. You're not going to find a cheaper price that has the same quality in course up keep.
