Two stars because the staff is great. . The course is in bad shape. Kind of sad because this place has potential. There's hardly any grass, anywhere. Greens as bad as I've seen . This would be a great place to take somewhere to learn to play, IF , it were 10 bucks. 23 is very steep for a place where you are lucky to get your ball onto s patch of weeds.

Tough course, but there is hardly anyone out here so you pretty much have the place to yourself which is nice.

This is the kind of place I have been looking for for a long long time and quite frankly, didn't know still existed! Shot an incredibly high score and had a blast doing it! A family owned, built and operated full 18 hole golf course on their own property...the imagination and creativity actually had me chuckling and commenting out loud, and I was playing alone! If you're coming here to shoot a low score, or expecting super well-maintained greens, tee boxes and fairways, then please adjust your expectations before you come. This course deserves high praise and it's own category! Come to enjoy an incredible challenge to your game...come to enjoy the game's conditions that were probably normal decades ago...come to enjoy a beautiful natural setting, see some wildlife, and appreciate an incredible display of one family's ingenuity partnering with God's Creation...come to laugh at yourself...come to chill out and enjoy the game and take yourself less seriously...come for an incredible value...come and get some great exercise ( I chose to walk 18 and carry my clubs...great exercise)...come and have a blast!I'm so grateful for this resource so close to where I live and can't wait to go back and take my wife and kids to enjoy it with me!

The crappy greens are literally the only thing not awesome about this place. Cheap and fun. Reminds you why you love the game
