Bburg local and have played this course many times before. Course was in good condition for the dry weather we have had lately. But I was greeted rudely my the gentleman who runs the course(VT golf Coach) due to me being 3 minutes late for my tee time. The parking lot had 7 cars total in it so it was a very slow day on the course at the time. He then went outside to get on the radio to tell the Marshall how I was late and will slow things down(the nice lady at the counter had a radio so I got to hear it). The lady at the counter apologized but it made the decision to stay difficult. Since I had already paid, i stayed and played for 3 holes but couldn't get over the disrespect. Won't be going back there to give him any more of my money any time soon. I recommend going elsewhere for a fun and relaxing day on the course

Straight forward, open, and beginner friendly course that is decently maintained. Fun!

Great course greens are some of best in area. Fairways a lil rough however weather has been hot and dry. Overall wonderful day.
