My husband and I paid for 18 holes, but only got to plate 17 holes. Our carts brake was missing up and the battery died when we got to the 18th hole. We had to carry all our stuff back to the parking lot. It was hot and very inconvenience because our golf bags was heavy. We played 4 times at this place with no problem. This is supposed to be my gift to my husband for fathers day, but today was not a good experience. There were also couple players that their carts died on the middle of the fairways. We are so disappointed.

Just played Mission del Lago for the 2nd and final time. Pace of play was painful in each round. Both times, we got behind foursomes who didn't know when to pick up and/or let faster players through. You can't blame golfers' rudeness or ignorance on the course, but you can blame the course for not providing marshals to keep things moving. I left on the 11th today....I could not take the 10+ minute wait between shots any longer.Plus, water coolers were missing from a couple of holes. Completely inexcusable for late July in the Texas heat!Course is fine, and challenging but not too much so. It's a shame they don't know how to manage the pace of play. Never again for me.
