I was in for a luncheon. The staff are locals of the generic kind and they're not well managed. Not bad, but none stood out as particularly attentive. The food was decent on the buffet. We had some hockey puck grilled chicken, some near-decent stuffed bell peppers covered in cheese to minimize the lack of flavor. The asparagus was grilled and not bad. All this and I was the one at the table of 8 that didn't complain about the food. The decor is quite dated and they aren't trying to impress anyone. They were the big thing in Athens at one time and there's no other restaurant to press them toward greatness.
