I typically shoot 81-86 from Tips...Course was very expensive 100$+ and I was not impressed with the condition...it could be this time of year and green stamping, but greens did not roll well. It was relatively challenging and featured some fun drives over water and hazard. Id lean towards this course being more 'open' then tight. A huge plus was the practice area! 50-60 yard approach for short game, 2 bunkers, multiple greens for putting. I will head back in a month or so and give it a go again.

Great course but if you don't put the ball where it belongs like in play your going to have a long day with many bogeys or worse greens are fast but good don't be above the hole
