Unsatisfied with PT, personal training. I was given a vague and unprofessional service. However looking forward to working out at the comfort of my home.

Love this gym. Has everything you need to workout. Staff is very friendly

Had an okay experiance at gym until it comes to there billing. The manager still refuses to credit march while they were closed even after response to previous review said ALL members when extended a credit for march based on when gym closed. Except me i wasnt and i have tried to get the credit but management wont credit it. They will prorate annual fee when you sign up for a new but when u cancel ur membership 2 months after they bill you for the annual fee they wont prorate the difference back to you. They also billed us for the month of march when they were shut down due to covid-19 and told me they couldnt refund that month because that was out of there control! Ill be contacting corp and bbb to file a complaint. Watch what they bill you like some other reviewers have said. The gm Mari Quiroz is also very rude and not very customer service friendly and refuses to give refund for month of march while they were closed. They tell you to email them to resolve issue then they tell you no were not giving you a refund for that time. Just a ploy to make them look like they are taking care of there customers! Filed a complaint with bbb and manager still denies redund so my next step is to file complaint with attorney generals office
