The course is in great shape. One of the best in the area.

I realize the course has been through the ringer due to some flooding last year however this course is in poor shape and they have not lowered their rates at all. The fact that this is the most expensive public course in the Tri Cities is embarrassing. It is at least 25% more expensive than all the other courses in the area and is in no way nicer from a conditions/design standpoint.

Do not use this facility for any type of service. They will lie, cheat, and steal every dollar out of you. You're better off using something local. I witnessed them refuse to serve a party because they were part of a wedding party, no other reason. They were also military, which might have had something to do with it.

I love playing at the course everyone there is helpful and friendly. The only bad experience I had was when I called to setup a tee time and a woman named Jasmine answered and was extremely rude and hateful. Other than that its a fun and enjoyable environment.
