I don't like doing this because I live on the golf course and want to see it succeed. The course is in poor condition. The fairways are full of crabgrass and weeds. If you stray off the fairway you may not be able to find your ball. This is a neighborhood golf course that is charging resort type green fees. It may eventually be worth $50 but not in the condition it's in today.

I have played the course several times over the summer and found the course improving every week. The greens are in very good shape given the drought conditions we have experienced over the past two months. The entire course (tees and fairways) is scheduled for a seeding of T1-BENT in October. The owner and his staff have continued making improvements everyday. Don't miss out on playing this hidden gem in 2020. The back nine is open and the front is scheduled to open this summer.
