Its a shame we had such a bad experience, as we were so excited to go here. The management is so poor and unkind. We planned our first visit here, applied for an temporary membership, then got an email from the Membership Director, Cheryl, with a question about the application. I responded right away, and didnt get a response back. I assumed everything was ok. The evening before our vacation, a very rude Amy called and said we cant go at all. She said Cheryl took 2 days off so she didnt bother to continue our email discussion. If you know theres a problem, dont take days off before you resolve the problem. In addition, dont tell us the evening before our trip that we cant go. Id be more than happy to fix the issue if given an actual notice.Its not the first time Ive seen bad reviews about the Membership Director.

We love visiting Lake Naomi during the summer. Fantastic family activities. Our kids really enjoy the summer camps. Facilities are beautiful.
