I enjoy playing here. The course is clean and well kept. Every staff member that I've dealt with was very courteous. Now if my game would improve, the whole experience would be great.

Staff is friendly and courteous the course is in decent shape but there is no drinking water on the course that's why I didn't give five stars. 93 degrees and no water pretty much a bummer

I've struggled with how to rate Walnut Lane. If I were just rating conditions I would have to rate it one or two stars. The tees were almost bare, the fairways were bare in spots and some greens were bad, some were ok but painfully slow. The reason I rated it three stars was because of the challenging layout. I'm a 6 handicap but Walnut Lane gave me all I could handle. There were no easy holes and for a short course it was difficult. It's a shame that it isn't in better condition.. having said all that, I would tell people to give it a try just to play a challenging short course but realize that it probably won't be in great shape.

The golf is always good here. It's a lot of short holes, so your irons are critical. It's a very good municipal course.
