Fun course, good price. The greens are not the best and the fairways a bit dry in areas but it is the end of summer so that is not super surprising. But overall a fun experience and we will absolutely go again.

A par 67, 18 hole course. Despite being a shorter than a typical par 72 course, Davis Muni still provides an excellent challenge. I catagorize it in the same league as many of the older, Sacramento area courses, such as Arcade Creek, Mather GC, and Diamond Oaks. It is playable for all skill levels, but can still make you regret a poorly struck shot. The water hazards and sand traps are placed in such a way as to reward good course management skills. The staff is great, in particular the folks in the little restaurant. All in all, a fun course and a good value for the price.
