After just recently moving to Middletown Ive already discovered my go to home golf course. As an avid golfer and former collegiate player I know great greens when I see them, and this place has incredible greens. Since moving here Ive played many other tracks in the area and Sunset remains my favorite. Iron Valley is not worth the over inflated greens fees and in my opinion completely overrated. I highly recommend Sunset, the view from the back tee is breathtaking. Its a true gem.

Great tasting hot sausages or Italian sausages. Take some time and sit under the canopy and drink a cold adult beverage. A great place to sit and relax during a hot day.

Course is in rough shape, looks as though they haven't kept up with it. Sand traps are full of water. I'll go elsewhere. Won't be returning again.
