Great course plays well great condition

I like the layout of the course, but just never love playing there. Played again today 8/31/19 and the sand traps are in dire need of more sand. It was like hitting off cement. The course was in good shape though and we finished in about 4.5 hours, which was better than in the past. My rating is also a result of poor experience with a woman who works in the snack counter at the shop. I'd rather not get into details here but she's just not a pleasant person to deal with. Maybe it's just me. My round cost $68 today so all things considered I'd rather spend about the same at Bella Vista.

Excellent public course. The course is hilly. Several holes have some long carries over water and or brush from the blue and gold tees. Most long carries can be avoided, if you use the forward tees. Hole 18 has big pond in front of the green. It is a challenge to make par there.
