Nice peaceful golf course. Beautiful woods. Nice people. Weather is almost a little cooler up there than in the city. You don't feel rushed getting through the golf course. Great for my family who are still learning to play One of my favorite places of all times to play.

Neat little 9-hole Golf Course that you can turn into 18 by playing from different tees. Sheldon crowded reasonable rates Pleasant owners. Always enjoy playing here

We recently played Vernonia golf club. Prior to going to the course I phoned them to ask about the conditions. I was told the condition was excellent including the greens that had been sanded one month prior except greens 2 and 4. Nothing Could be further from the truth. The fairways were in horendous condition being mostly dead grass and the greens had weeds, large holes and plant life that I did not recognize. Reading a putt was impossible. Navigating the course was also very difficult due to being poorly marked. At one point we could not find the seventh Teebox and had to go to the clubhouse to ask directions. By the fourth hole both of us had headaches due to the fumes from the gas golf cart. I will never return to this course and recommend that you never play it.

This is a great golf course to practice and work on your game. The people are super friendly, all the golfers are great It is in a rural area that is a beautiful setting and a very peaceful and relaxing place without the usual competitive atmosphere. The owner and employees cannot be beat for their friendliness. Take a drive and try it.
