This place is terribly inefficient !!! 1 person working prime hour of the day and he is no capable of typing orders fast enough to process customers pushing 20 min wait and the line is growing!

If there were zero stars that would have been my choice. For the last year we have struggled to have packages, no matter how small, delivered. We have asked them to leave oversized ones at our address like they have done in the past, but they refuse. We get email notices from online shippers of an attempt to deliver at 9am, but there has been no attempt made. We go to this post office to pick up the package, but they dont have it. Then in the evening mail that comes after 6pm, we get a slip, sometimes, that said they tried to deliver it but now we have to come to the post office to pick it up, or order a redelivery. Wth? Its no wonder they are losing market share to UPS and are struggling to stay in business. If you order Amazon Prime, dont expect your packages to arrive in 2 days if its going through this post office.

I can understand the frustration of the 1 star reviews. However sometimes there are policies that have to be followed even if they seem ridiculous.
Many policies are for safety, like not delivering when a dog is out, or backing out of a driveway. These can put a carrier in danger.
Leaving packages at the end of the driveway is most certantly unacceptable. However, I wont slander the name of the many good people who work here, because of the actions of 1 or 2 employees.
