Earlier this week I went to Blackmoor to use their driving range. The drive is about 25 minutes from my house. I grabbed a bucket of balls and went to the counter to pay for them. After trying my card the cashier informed me that the card machine was down. Instead of apologizing and offering another alternative he shrugged his shoulders and did nothing. When I got home I sent a message to the course to allow them an opportunity to say something for themselves. They saw my message and did nothing. I am very disappointed with this treatment and do not intend to go back again. I will also encourage everyone that I can to find another place to spend their money.
