Fairways are decent, greens a little slow and bunkers apparently havent been maintained for awhile since theyre rough and full of weeds. Overpriced and dont expect much of a break for seniors or juniors. Could use a ranger to speed up play.

Cart paths are beaten up, and carts sometimes seem shoty. Great course though

Course is in rough shape... Sand traps are just sloppy dirt pits with weeds growing everywhere.. The layout is rough cart path is sometimes 50 yards or better from putting greens and tee spots..
