Sorry to say but they have really let the course go down hill. The greens were very slow as they hadn't been mowed. The same could be said about the most of the fairways also. I always liked this course but after this experience I'm not likely to return.

Sycamore GC is not a CC, in the worst condition of any functional golf course. By not mowing effectively they are letting the course go to seed which damages the fairways. The greens are pathetically long, to avoid having to water properly. Instead of paying $20 to walk they should have paid me to play the course!

The place is in pretty rough shape. Rumor has it there is new ownership so hopefully they get it spruced up soon.
