Very willing to screw a guy over, told them I needed some time for a payment and they pull it out of my account anyways, 10/10 would NOT recommend this establishment to any of my friends or family.

I received a letter in the mail saying they were going to shut down my account. So I went and spoke to them (took them the letter and everything) and they informed me I had 45 days to pay the -$13.97. So the next day I go in to pay and they closed my account that morning. Ill never bank with them again, or refer them to anyone.

I would describe my experience with Richland Federal Credit Union, as the best I have had with any financial institution ever. First the staff was eager to answer every question I had. They helped me in a very professional manner, as I opened up an account, applied for loans, etc. I would recommend Richland Federal to my closest family member, or friend. Willie P
