This is one of tbe most pleasant surprises I have stumbled on to in my many years of golfing. Tarkio, Missouri, a small town on the Missouri Iowa border has a great 9 hole golf course that is open for the public to enjoy at a very affordable rate. Lots of hill and trees with great grooming make it a treat. Don't pass it up if you are in the area. 5 stars if it was 18 holes.
