Outstanding gym. Coach Williams is excellent! I'm an old fat white guy. I am starting exercising after years. It's fun and you spar only if you want too and the coach let's you. This is a real boxing gym. There are serious golden gloves fighters, young kids, adults and old fossils. Check it out. $25 a month can't, go wrong.
