Number one it's too far away in a very obscure place. Multiple holes crossover into each other space in such a way that it's just not worth playing. It's mostly flat and no real quote-unquote challenges except for hole 7 8 9 which are so ridiculous that you're going to lose a disc without two spotters so don't go alone if you do go all the way out there to be disappointed.
