Today was my first time playing here. The course was in good condition but the greens were a little slow. The fairways are fairly narrow with a lot of trees. I would recommend the course and would definitely play it again even though it is challenging for me.

Down for a father/son get away. Course was in great shape. Place has come a long way since being reopened. Inside staff is great, Derek Is very personable and accommodating. The superintendent has done a fabulous job. I will be back and will bring friends!

They cancelled my tee time for 8:12 am that I scheduled through the GolfNow app because they claim they didnt have enough golf carts available for that tee time. Questioning it due to the course opening at 7am and an hour and 12 minutes later they dont have any carts available? If theyre following the Covid-19 guidelines, which limits tee time to 15 minutes apart, they shouldnt be out of carts at that time. Seems to me that I was bumped for someone willing to pay full course prices. But thats just my speculation. Mostly because they never called to ask if I was ok with a later time or any other way to keep the customer satisfied. Just simply cancelled it. I liked the course but wont be golfing here again.

It's a little rough to be a good golf course with record breaking drought in 2019. However it's good to see Woodford Lakes making a comeback. Good luck next year. Try rolling the greens a little bit for a better experience.

Like always the fairways were perfect the greens were flawless. Last week we played it. They had a lot of standing water on the course. This week they already had taken the initiative to put in drain pumps to control the water at those points from now on. I have a feeling that this golf course is going to become one of the best in Kentucky.

Every golf course is DRY right now. So it is what it is. Greens need work. But 21 bucks is a good deal.

Course gets better every round. Eventually having Frankfort Country Club fairways, and Champions Greens. Headed in the right direction. Black pros, Blues are you, Whites seniors, Reds ladys.

Friendly staff and the grounds crew were hard at work. Greens and fairways were awesome, rough was patchy, but hey, it's the rough. Lots of chances to hit your ball in the water if you aren't careful. Will definitely be back.

Not the best time of year to go. Just airrated the fairways, greens are a bit burnt. Plays tight, so be ready to punch out of the trees if you're an average golfer. Won't go back until later this fall.
