Very well maintained course, with houses set back enough to not feel too closed in. Greens were fast and true. A challenging course that is also very fair. There are a few greens that are a little visually deceiving making them difficult to hit. The par 5 #11th was the best hole, a true 3 shot hole w/ a creek running thru it to an uphill green with a bit of a false front.
