Great gym, has pretty much everything you need to get a good workout in, also it's open 24 hours.

Course is decent. Back nine play fast which is nice. Roughs are pretty much impossible to play from. Management and workers are the reason I give it a one star. I suggest going anywhere but here to actually enjoy a stress free golf round. Well. Unless you like being bird dogged.
