I wasn't given accurate info about policies, leading to frustration and heartache at Christmastime. I expressed my feelings and Toni Myers decided to punish me by not letting me adopt a very small dog who doesn't need a fenced in yard. The heartache I've been put thru can't be expressed properly with words, they have hurt a very nice person and deprived a sweet little dog of a loving, caring owner. What an awful ordeal! I'M HEARTBROKEN
