We bought both of our bikes there and had them serviced for several years...However, on our final transaction, I dropped tons of money and tweaked my wifes bike with BRAND new road tires and many add-one...Guess what?!...the tires never held any air and leaked constantly, never sealed properly!Bickels did NOTHING to correct the problem...and we came from out of town several times for this place!NO discount, NO replacement, ZERO customer service of any kind to solve the problem!Youre only a good as your last mistake...
