To Whom It May Concern,My first two experiences at the club were challenging. My first experience my cart died on the third hole and I had to run back to the clubhouse for a replacement.My second experience, I was going to go off with my wife as a spectator, and we were told that we were not allowed. As you can imagine, this was frustrating.I ended up writing St. Andrews to express my concerns about my first two experiences. Bill, the GM, promptly responded to my email. I appreciate his candor and that he reached out to me to discuss my experience. In my opinion, it takes a lot to reach out to someone and have a candid discussion. I appreciate the honesty and it shows the true character of this family run business. They do care about their customers and will use their mistakes to improve the customer experience.
