Exceptional personal service and attention to detail. Very informative and professional. Thanks to his extra time taken to understand my son's potential need for a club adjustment, I was saved the error of incorrectly needing club bending. This means he literally talked me out of giving him $ because he was so focused on my son receiving the best outcome. You will not find this service and care anywhere at the big box 'corporate' stores that I've visited...save yourself the run-around and go to visit this store!
