Centennial is nice. I have only used their range, but it was spacious and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly in person. However I called to ask a yes or no question and I was put on hold for nearly 20 minutes. I didn't even have an opportunity to say I had a five second question, because they answered the phone 'please hold (hold music starts playing). After about 20 minutes I ended up literally calling them over and over until they finally gave me a chance to ask a question. It took five seconds, and all was well. That was the only thing that made this 4 stars.
