First, there is only one golf course here. Used to be Sanctuary Cove, like the subdivision. Now it's Sanctuary Golf Club.Greens had been punched and sanded. Fairways had been punched. (?). Rains the day before left things very soggy - meaning the range was closed (??). Cart paths only - which on very wide SC means lots of walking to one's ball and minimizing the cart's GPS. Bunkers are mud, which is standard along the coast. Fairways are fine, although turf is an amalgam of grasses. Greens are too, which between water and holes are nearly unputtable. Course has the makings of a very playable one. Very open, not a lot of water, very scenic, nice set of par-3s. Only a few houses around the course is nice, but maybe more are needed to provide golfers to provide revenue to move SC up a notch. Would play again but would check on conditions first.

It was good fortune to find this place while traveling through Georgia for the first time. This place is stunningly beautiful. Fairways are like carpet and greens roll true. 18 holes turned into 36 today. I highly recommend!

upscale beautiful community. golf, clubhouse, pool, gated, if your looking to build this is a very nice choice
