Do not waste your time or money here. They don't care if you have a confirmed tee time or not. I had a confirmed 10:15 time, arrived at course early, was told to go to the starter and he would get us out early. Starter then yelled at us for arriving early. He then proceeded to put several groups ahead of us, which turned out they did not have confirmed times and most of them were friends of the starter. I did not tee off until 10:50. THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. I booked the time online and it was confirmed. He would not honor that time. What a joke. Additionally, during this time of social distancing, you are accustomed to using separate carts - not at Winston Trails, they make people unrelated use the same cart. This should not happen either. Don't waste your time or money here. 5 1/2 hour round is not fun on a 100 degree day

Prior to playing a round this week I asked the person at the desk if the greens were aerated. He emphatically said no! Much to my foursomes surprise they had been. Our round at $40+ was ruined by punched greens. Very disappointed. Upon return to the clubhouse after our round, we were told, after asking that the greens were punched within the last week. Situations like this should not occur. Thats why we ask about aeration prior to playing.
