For the 3rd time in less than 6 months, I have had to drive to my old address in Fort White, to retrieve my mail...with a standing 'Mail Forwarding' in effect. Supposed to be in effect, anyways.When I call to complain, the excuse is always 'we had a substitute on that route that day'.Sad service.
