Nice and thick rough on the day they shut down before the tournament this year. Great shape and pleasure to play. Great new clubhouse and out door patio. Our server was professional and in the know.

Our favorite place to eat...Amazing quality and food. Justin the chef is awesome and brings the finest to the table. The wait staff is great.You need to be a club member to go.

Our kids have golfed here at first Tee and the TPC Travelers is the best family friendly event of the Connecticut summer. Golf fans and families just looking for fun can find something to do.The instruction at First Tee is great.

Went for PGA Tour, Thursday! What a beautiful course! Surreal to be there after seeing it on TV for so many years! Awesome event! Pity we live overseas so cant be members.

Looks very nice but easy to get lost in the surrounding neighborhood because the houses are very similar looking, still very nice but not very imaginative.

Beautiful course, support staff was friendly and helpful, plenty of concession stands and personal facilities. Only issue: cooked meats were underdone. No resultant issues, but serving nearly raw meat could have gotten ugly.

It's an immaculate course but all the mud destroys the experience. They need to put down gravel or make pavement.

Well we went to the travelers Championship golf tournament yesterday it was absolutely wonderful everyone thought the weather was going to be bad but it held off until the last player hit the 18th green. A beautiful day perfect day beautiful weather. we got out of there just before a huge thunderstorm . The golfing was exceptional the grounds were packed and beautifully manicured it was a great time to be had for all. We go almost every year and I'm never disappointed.

TPC River Highlands, a member of the Tournament Players Club network, is home to a well-rated and always popular golf course. This tree-lined and open parkland layout should not disappoint, with many attractive features and several excellent holes to enjoy. However, this is a private course generally playable only by members and their guests.

This a very playable, yet challenging golf course. The course renovations a few years ago we're well done and have made the sand traps something you definitely want to stay away from.

Great event, plan on going again next year, worse thing about the event was some of the arraogent people who think they could reserve seats for hours when no one shows, bleaches did not have assigned seats.

If you want to dip your toes in the spectator golf world this is an ideal choice. I've been to several courses and majors, this is a very reasonable event. You can spend the day with two people for a hundred bucks and watch Rory, Bubba maybe Tiger and Phil an even Jim shoot a...57? Damn....not a big crowd....very easy to get autographs here and actually have a dialogue on practice and proam days....

I'm on the course right now writing this review. Not only were the greens fee outrageous but they told us we would be playing with a member, which was completely fine by us. Come to find out they scratched our names from the tee sheet. This was after they took our $. No communication between pro shop and starter. Then we ended up squeezed in (us, a twosome) in between two foursomes. No one let's anyone play through in Connecticut?
