What a shame I have to even rate this place 1 star. I'd give zero if I could. They don't give rain checks. I get it. However under certain circumstances maybe not a rain check but how about returning the money for the back 9 and cart that could not be playe . The 2 guys in there had no hesitation to tell me I should get back in my cart and go play the back 9 because I wasn't getting ANY type of refund!!! Me and my friends spend A LOT of money at this course. I highly doubt we go back. There are many courses around the area we can take our money and feel appreciated for playing there. See ya Valley Hi!!! Way to lose valued customers!!! Thank you and good luck
