If the clubhouse is what you value in a country club then this might be your place. If you're in it for the golf then look elsewhere. The greens were on the slow side and heavily pocked up and not true. We paid handsomely at a charity auction for the privilege to play the course which was halted by rain after 13 holes when the greens became unplayable. Our attempt for a partial rain check was rebuffed and yes, it did motivate me to write this negative review. This doesn't change the fact that Aurora city courses have far superior greens. Pradera, treat your guests better, they are potential members and their word of mouth determine the course's reputation.

I've been very satisfied with the staff and service. The club is fairly relaxed and the members are mostly down to earth, good people. The staff and their frequent turnover issue seems to be in the past. They now have a friendly & professional core staff along with some familiar seasonal college students who work through the summer months. The golf course is great and I really enjoy playing it. The facilities are nice and their social director does a great job putting together events and social gatherings. Overall, the club reminds me more of a ski lodge rather than a country club. It definitely has a mountain feel to it but at the same time a Celtic feel too. I've made some good friends here and other friends have become members too. We're very happy here.
