Amazing Golf Course

Came here once before and it was pretty nice, a little expensive for a hot spring that feels more like a swimming pool. The reason Im leaving 3 stars is because of the last time I tried to go. People were rude, they would sell 18 tickets to one person and they tell the next person in line they were full. Id recommend other hot springs in the area over this one

I grew up here and have been coming here for 30 years. The Hot Springs pool used to be the 2nd coolest thing about a super cool little town, 2nd only to the mountains. Especially since it's been remodeled it's not that way anymore. I would definitely stay away while the COVID restrictions are in place. Customer service at the pool for the last few years has been pathetic but staff are using the restrictions now as justification for all sorts of bed behavior. On you will end up standing in line for over an hour and probably still not get in period and definitely don't rely on the advice of the staff because it is likely as not to be wrong and nobody gives ode when you rely on their bed advice.Even aside from the health restrictions comet the pool is not as good as it used to be common not as hot as it used to be common and way more expensive than it used to be buried over all the pool has gone way downhill the last few years.

I get the current restrictions on use are not the City's fault, but the poor customer service and bad attitude by the staff and high prices are. Moreover, if you really love the pool and are willing to pay I would definitely wait until next year or the current situation is over. People have to line up over an hour ahead of time to use the open half of the pool. Definitely not worth it and even worse if you go through all that and don't even get in.

Beautiful and well kept, be prepared for out of area visitors behaving entitled. A lot of them leave their manners at home. This is in no way a reflection of Ouray or the local residents, they are fantastic!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have been going to Ouray hot springs for 30+ years. We wont be back. They can use Covid19 and the governors rules as an excuse but their customer service sucks! They are rude and make no effort to be friendly to families. They are over priced. This is a great time to learn what businesses are worth supporting and what isnt. It doesnt state anywhere to be here 30 minutes before swim times to try to get a ticket. They are keeping pools closed which in turn keeps the number of guests allowed in down. Ouray we wont be back. We will take our money and our tourism elsewhere.
