Our tee time was 0840. Having a 12 year old with us, we were playing slow. When the reservations were made for tee time, we were not notified that there was a time limit for play. At the 7th hole, we were kicked off the course, with a threat from the staff to call the sheriff's department if we did not leave immediately. We complied and asked for a credit on the last 2 holes. We were told no and the staff gave us bo contact information for a manager. If you're going to have time limits for playing, they should be given when you check in on tee time. No refund was given. Customer service needs to be adequately trained to theougly explain expectations to customers. Customer service and appreciation is the worst I've ever seen on any golf course.
