Amazing Golf Course

We love to walk there. It is peaceful and enjoyable.

Recently purchased by the city of Daphne, this is a really nice park with ENORMOUS potential. As it sits, it's essentially a massive frisbee golf course with a gazebo near the parking area. A paved path borders the entire property on both sides, making walking/jogging/bike riding possible. The entire loop is over 1.5 miles! There are rolling hills, shaded and unshaded areas, and small streams across the property. There is even potential access to Tiawasee Creek (a sizeable portion borders the creek)...this in itself is huge news, because a kayak/canoe launch on Tiawasee Creek would now make Lake Forest publicly accessible, as the creek enters the lake just a 1/8 mile downstream. Without stepping on anyone's toes, the land here is so large that I cannot imagine frisbee golf course is popular enough to warrant what's likely a large maintenance fee on the city to have the entire park dedicated to frisbee golf There's some great potential here, it's just a matter of investment and decision making.
