A 5 star course. A hidden gem in northwest Wisconsin. Try it.

Fun track, friendly staff....Marshal could have kept play going better with a slow 5 some holding up the back nine.

Don't pay online since apparently they can't adjust or fix anything if you do it that way. My husband took my stepson for his first time today and my stepson wasn't playing at all, just getting taught. I also inadvertently booked them 18 holes when I didn't realize he said he was only going to take him for 9 to show him for his first time. It was admittedly a misunderstanding between my husband and I but we ended up paying for 2 people to play 18 holes when only one person played 9 and tried to remedy it later. Apparently since we paid online there was not one thing they could do for us and we are out a lot of money from it. Since our cabin is here we could like to be back and utilize the beautiful course again, but hesitant to after not getting our financial concerns addressed at all.Edit: this issue was resolved by the manager

Well...if youre the next Tiger Woods (can we still reference him?!), you should definitely check this course out because they are NOT messing around and apparently all of the next PGA champs are training here! Who would have known?! However, if youre paltry tourists looking for a fun time, this is probably not your course. Full disclosure: we should have read the reviews on here because one was already posted that summed us up to a tee (yeah, I just did that). We signed up for a 6 person tee time today. They gave us three carts knowing this and off we went. By hole two, a powerful woman with a cart came to scold us for playing best ball with a group of six. Apparently the club house had been called multiple times with this horrendous violation of golf etiquette. All six of us are sure to burn in hells fire for this, even knowing we stopped the only time anyone was behind us to let them play through. Clutch your pearls! Throughout the course, this mysterious woman appeared, much like the gopher in caddy shack, at nearly every hole telling us to hurry up, wait for others still a hole behind to play through, and threaten us with a golf ranger- because nothing is worse on vacation than a golf ranger. We pretty much saw our lives flash before our eyes. Two of us sat out at every hole, even though we had paid, much like the other group who made this same complaint on this google forum. So in summary, PGA training is happening at this course- but a weekday round of golf with friends is highly frowned upon.
