This is a beautiful hall. But that's about it. They are shady and dishonest. We have a pretty decent budget and they were not really willing to work within our budget when the time came to crunch numbers. Everything was 'Oh, yeah, we can do that!' or 'We'd be happy to make that work' or 'Yes, yes, yes', though when it came time to get it in writing, everything was no, no no, and a lot more money (Almost $4,000!) than what was discussed. Let me explain also that I am not naive and I do not expect something for nothing. We were fair and honest in our budget and expectations. I felt blindsided by being lied to, and right to my face nonetheless. Once we started questioning things, we were treated rudely and made to feel that our budget was chump change to a hall that has only had 5 weddings to date. It's very disappointing because the hall really is beautiful. The buffet prices are reasonable. It's the alcohol charges and the waffling that will really get you in the end. Make sure you get it in writing.
