If I could give a 1/2 star rating I would. With a PANDEMIC in place giving a full refund to people who cancel well ahead of their reservation dates would be a wise choice to add to your policy. We will never book with you guys again. Unbelievable.

Excellent campground!!! The sites are well laid out with lots of space in-between each site with full hook ups!! Beautifully maintained grounds and right along the Columbia River. Boat launch is right across the road! Beautiful place!!!!

We Live out of state and were put on travel restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We only received 50% refund. Its too bad that even with a pandemic going on in the world, a PUD company that makes millions, cant issue a full refund.
