Good course, invest in maintaining traps

Great old municipal course! It needs some tender loving care to restore the course to iits full potential, but it's stilll a very enjoyable course with a great layout.

Great price, other than traps in pretty good shape

Just played 18 with my son, the two stars are for the fairways and the 18th green. As for all the other greens, my grandmother's shag pile carpet had a better/smoother roll. The bunkers had no sand, there was no refreshment cart, the refreshment stand on the course was closed. The course had a very run down/tired appearance. There were signs saying save our course which may meen it is on the verge of closure. I played here a lot in the nineties/early 2000's. I will not be playing here again anytime soon. Very sad, as I was looking forward to showing my son what a lovely course it was. I've attached some photos of some of the bunkers.
