Worst Gym ever. They Charged my account for two additional months after cancelling ahead of time. It was against the contract that I signed. Not recommend it at all. They have outsourced the customer service to another company which is never reachable. Very SAD.

I am very unsatisfied by the tennis membership management and the manager of McLean sport and health. I have been a gym member for a year since I moved to Virginia and recently upgraded to tennis membership for 3 months. I want to use ball machine, which is only available at 2 courts. However, since being a tennis member, I have never been able to reserve a court with ball machine no matter how in advance I tried to reserve. The 2 courts are taken by a program, even though they dont use the ball machine. One time, the front desk helped me to change the program to another court without ball machine so that I can practice with ball machine(also pay for the ball machine). When I called the manager to see how they can fix this for their member, he said there is nothing he can do and he suggested me to downgrade to gym membership!

Worst gym ever. They never end your membership and keep billing you forever.Just run _ I have had problem cancelling my membership for over three months - they dont stop charging my credit card - Very Sad

It is super hard to cancel the membership term please be aware. They will say it is easy before you sign the paperwork but when you want to cancel due to relocation reason, they will do whatever they can to hold you for unreasonable extra months. I send my cancellation notice on Dec 5 2019. They said S&H will still charge my credit card until March 1 2020 which is ridiculous. I think this is more than 30 days right? Also Anita, the membership consultant. Before I sent the email. She told me that the worst case is to cancel on Jan 1 2020 and when I email her she said there is nothing she can do, which I think is true but please dont over promise me if You dont know anything about it!Readers, please read the contract paperwork carefully before you sign it!
