Fitting process was excellent. John worked me in between clients yet was thorough. I try to support family owned businesses so i placed an order for some Titleist irons. That was MARCH 13th.... it is now JULY 7th and i have yet to receive a call regarding status of order, apology for delay, etc. I cut them some slack because of COVID-19 but finally called in mid MAY and was informed it would be middle of JUNE when they were ready and was promptly told that it is store policy for them to call the customer when the clubs arrive.. so here i am 4 months after giving them $1200 dollars with no notice or anything. This is the only negative review i have ever written but it is almost comical at this point. at best terrible customer service at worst thieves..? for what it's worth JOHN PAK is the real deal as a master fitter..

Nick is amazing! I learned so much from him during a club fitting he has a casual and confident demeanor. I appreciate that he teaches and explains the process throughout.Call and schedule a time to meet with him if you are looking for anything! -I came to the store hoping to get new equipment. Yet, I was nervous and didnt understand the fitting process. I hadnt been through anything like it before. Nick saw me browsing the store and asked if he could help I explained my situation and he graciously worked me in to his fitting schedule on the spot. I would have left had he not been kind enough to approach me. I am happy to say it was the best experience I have ever had in a store. No judgement, no pushing of equipment, just advice to get to my stated goals. I am recommending him to everyone!Ryan

I've been here three times. Had a poor experience everytime. Customer service is low on their priority list. Don't waste your time.
