We visited this resort in fell in love with it. We bought property here and that is where the love affair ended. The home owners association is horrible and nasty people. They sent their association dues to the wrong address. They clearly had the wrong address and we never got the bill and could prove it. They immediately obtained a lawyer and filed a suit in court. Once we did got the bill we paid it but didn't feel we should have to pay for lawyer fees and court cost. We requested to not pay these because it wasn't our error. But they demanded we pay those costs! We have paid them but because of their nastiness we sold the property and we will be filing our own law suit against them. It has been very stressful dealing with them. So if you happen to vacation there DON'T get caught up in their sale pitch!! RUN from that!! Heartbroken and disgruntled former Baycreek property owner.
