Course is in great shape, no doubt. But they are pushing so many golfers thru that I experienced the slowest pace in 35+ years. Average waiting time to hit a shot was 15 minutes. At one point we reached a tee and the group ahead was waiting to hit while there was a group in the fairway and another on the green! I left after 6 holes. So if you are ok with 6 hours for a round, then this course is ok for you. Not for me.

I've never golfed here but I attended a wedding at Bristow Manor and it was a great experience. The ceremony and reception were held in a building next to the house. Appetizers were served in the manor while the staff rearranged the room for dinner and dancing after the ceremony. I'm not certain but I believe the food was catered by the golf club and it was fantastic. The staff were polite and attentive throughout the evening. It's a beautiful venue and it was perfect for the wedding.
