I love playing at Carbon Country Club. It does feel like two separate nines as they are physically separated pretty well and have different styles. I do like the back more than the front. Some of my favorite holes are #10, #11, #15, #16. You can walk this course, though there is a stretch from 10 to 11 and again from 18 to the parking lot. Course has always been in excellent shape when I've played here. Thomas King and his crew are so helpful and kind. Nothing but great things to say about the people here.

A great gem tucked away in the canyon. Loved it. It's not Pebble Beach, so don't go with unrealistic expectations. But if you have the time, it's worth it.
